A touch of sophistication that doesn’t steal the limelight but which adds definition to the bed’s character is the tufting of three big buttons on the oval-shaped headboard, giving the platform bed a visual balance. Gently slanted legs that point purposefully outwards, the Penelope demonstrates seamless joinery. Two support bars attached to the back of the headboard, allowing the adjusting of height of the headboard. To provide extra leaning comfort, the headboard is foam-filled.
