Freight & Oversized Item Delivery

Some items are considered freight or oversized and ship via common carrier. These items are typically delivered within the timeframe listed on the product page.

• Freight deliveries are curbside delivery only

• You will be responsible for moving the item into your home or business

• If your business has a suitable loading dock, the carrier may deliver directly to the dock

For oversized items, a liftgate service may be required to safely unload the item from the truck.

• Liftgate fees are determined by the carrier and may apply based on the item’s size, weight, and delivery location

• Any required liftgate charges will be communicated when possible or may be billed separately by the carrier

The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window, so please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is accurate and reachable during normal business hours.

Backordered Items

If an item becomes backordered after your order is placed, our customer service team will contact you via email with updated availability details.

You may choose to:

• Keep your order and wait for the item to ship once it’s back in stock, or

• Cancel the order for a refund

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.

We do not ship to:

• Alaska or Hawaii

• Puerto Rico

• PO Boxes

The order will be returned to us, and a full refund may not be available. Original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund.
